Does anyone know what happened to Don Norman who, I believe, was involved with the management of the band in the 70's?

I look forward to having this- JM was my teacher. But there are some mistakes in the review. JM continued a career as a composer until his death a few years ago.

Great review, I've got a few 'out takes' on vinyl that my father kept from the 60's. Unfortunately I have to wait until the 50 years passes (2019) before I can release a Indo-Jazz box set. I have copies of the original reels.
