		<description>John
Just wanted to thank you for such a terrific review of Odessy and Oracle. You captured, to a remarkable degree, the sense of awe I had when I first heard the album - which I purchased the first day it was delivered to a record shop in the Bronx back in July 1967. The Zombies and Beatles remain my favorite two groups since I was a kid in the Sixties, and while I never had to talk up the Beatles, I waged a quiet campaign for years (pre-Internet) through the 70s, 80s, and 90s to spread the good word about how extraordinary the Zombies were, and how it was their unknown songs that were their real gems (She&#039;s Not There, Tell Her No and Time of the Season were all good, but not on par with the best of their other works...) not only from Odessey and Oracle, but a host of singles, about 10 of them, that never made significant dents on the charts. I&#039;m not sure how old you are, but it&#039;s great to know newer generations of fans are discovering, as you put it, the magic of this admittedly oddly named group. Thanks for publishing your excellent review. I enjoyed reading it.
